Pineapple Slaw

This salad is so quick and tasty and cabbage is available year around so it can be made any time.

Ingredients

4 cups shredded cabbage
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 jalapeno seeded and chopped
(I buy the small jars of chopped jalapeno in the produce section)

Instructions

Mix altogether at once. Cover and chill.
