Mexican Potluck Corn

Ingredients

6 cups fresh or frozen corn
2 jars (4 ounces each) sliced pimiento, drained
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 small green pepper, diced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Makes 8 servings.
