Raspberry Salad

My family just loves this at Christmas with ham or turkey.

2 boxes (3 ounces each) raspberry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
2 boxes (10 ounces each) frozen red raspberries
2 cups applesauce
Topping:
1 cup milk
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups Cool Whip

Mix Jell-O and boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Add frozen red raspberries and stir until thawed. Stir in applesauce. Refrigerate until set. Blend topping ingredients and spread on Jell-O mixture.
