Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

2-1/2 cups cooked, chopped, chicken
3/4 cup mayonaise
1 cup cooked rice
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 cup diced celery
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) French green beans
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cornflakes, crushed
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put in 2-1/2-quart casserole. Mix cornflakes with butter and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
