Pumpkin Whip Dip

1 package sugar free butterscotch instant pudding
1-1/2 cups cold skim milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1-1/2 cups whipped lite topping
Mix pudding and milk. Add spice and pumpkin to pudding and stir. Fold in whipped topping. Don't beat. Serve with ginger snaps or graham crackers.
