1 package frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) cream of chicken soup
8 ounces Cheese Whiz
2 cups cooked rice
1 can (4 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
Cook and drain broccoli. Combine Cheese Whiz and undiluted soup and heat until fairly well melted. Mix in other ingredients and put in oiled casserole dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
