Frozen Cranberry Ambrosia

1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (14.5 ounces) whole cranberry sauce
1/2 cup nuts
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping

The day before serving, combine all ingredients and spread in 9x13-inch ungreased glass pan. Cover and freeze overnight. Set out 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Can be used as a salad or a dessert.
