1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 can (1 pound 13 ounces) fruit cocktail
1/2 cup reserved juice from fruit cocktail
1/2 pint whipping cream
Cream the cheese and gelatin. Add the boiling water, then the fruit juice. Let stand until set. Whip the cream and mix altogether with the drained fruit cocktail. Chill 12-24 hours.
