Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients

6-8 cooked potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 slices bacon, diced, raw
1/2 cup green olives, sliced

Instructions

Mix potatoes, cheese, salad dressing, onion, salt and pepper. Put into a greased 8x8 inch glass dish. Lay raw bacon and olives on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
