Tasty Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 can (8.5 ounces) artichoke hearts
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup half & half
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper

Instructions

Mix all these ingredients together. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with Melba toast. Enjoy!
