S'Mores Bars

This is a quick and easy dessert, that my children enjoy making.

Ingredients

3 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup sugar
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press 1/2 of mixture into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with the marshmallows and chocolate chips. Top with remaining crumb mixture and press firmly into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press firmly with a spatula. Cool completely. Cut into bars.

The first celebration will be the Memorial Dayprogram at 10 a.m. May 30, at the Brettun and Black Store Museum on River Road. Therewill be a sesquicentennial display.
