Corned Beef Casserole

Fast and quick. With a salad and some hot rolls and dinner is served. This recipe came from Blanche Melin of Moline.

1 can (12 ounces) corned beef
6 ounces cooked narrow noodles
1/4 pound Velveeta cheese, grated
1/2 cup minced onion
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
French's french fried onions, if desired

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole. Sprinkle a few French's french fried onions on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
