Caramel Buckle Bars

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups flour
3/4 cups brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1 package (11 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 can (11.5 ounces) mixed nuts, without peanuts
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

Mix flour, brown sugar and margarine. Put in 9x13-inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and mixed nuts. Pour milk on top. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
