Vegetable Medley Salad

1 bunch broccoli (2 large or 3 small heads)
1 head cauliflower
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
Dressing:
1 package Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise

Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Combine with rest of vegetables. Toss with dressing. Mix well together. Chill salad for several hours or overnight, before serving. Makes 12 servings.
