Yum Sausage Balls

Ingredients

1 pound spicy sausage
3 cups Bisquick mix
10 to 12 ounces cheddar cheese or 1 pound grated long horn cheese
Minced onion, if desired

Instructions

Mix above all together. Roll into walnut size balls. Put on cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Place in freezer bags after frozen and store in freezer until ready to use them. To serve, bake frozen balls at 350 degrees until lightly brown, 15 to 25 minutes.
