Whipped Cream Potatoes

Delicious and great for get-togethers.

Ingredients

1 bag (32 ounces) shredded hashbrowns
3-1/2 pints whipping cream
1 box (8 ounces) Velveeta cheese

Instructions

Put hashbrowns in 9x13-inch baking dish or 3-quart baking dish. Shake whipping cream and pour over hashbrowns. Stir all together. Cube Velveeta cheese and stir in mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
