Barbecue Ribs

3-4 pounds country style ribs
Apple cider vinegar
1 bottle (18 ounces) Kansas City style barbecue sauce (or your favorite brand)

Put ribs in 4-5 quart Dutch oven. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Splash each piece of meat with vinegar. Put in oven with lid on for 30 to 45 minutes. Take out of oven and turn it down to 350 degrees. Pour off fat and vinegar. Cover all meat with the bottle of barbecue sauce. Return to oven with lid on and bake for 2 to 2-1/2 hours at 350 degrees or until tender.
