Easy, beautiful and delicious. This is a full meal.


1 package Morning Star meat substitute crumbles
4 tablespoons canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound (16 ounces) noodles
1 can (16 ounces) tomatoes with garlic or onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons garlic, minced


Brown crumbles in oil in skillet; add onion and brown. Cook noodles in water. Drain. Add tomatoes with juice, brown sugar and garlic. Mix together and simmer 15 minutes.
