Pecan Tarts

1/2 pound butter
2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese
2 cups flour
FILLING:
2-1/4 cups brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup pecans, chopped

Mix crust like pie dough. Divide into 48 pieces. Chill for about 1/2 hour. Then press into ungreased tart pans. Mix filling and fill tart pans. Put a pecan half on top if desired. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
