Crock Pot Lasagna

1 package (12 ounces) egg noodles
2 pounds ground beef
One jar (48 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 package (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozarella cheese
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces (optional)

Boil and drain noodles according to package. Brown beef. Mix cooked beef, spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. In crock pot layer half the noodles, then half the beef mix, top with half of both cheeses. Repeat layers, ending with cheeses. Makes 6-8 servings.
Cook on low in crock pot with lid on for 2 hours, then one-half hour on high.
