Easy Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup milk
1 pie shell, unbaked
Pecan halves for decoration

Instructions

Mix all ingredients above. Spread in pie shell. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Decorate pie with pecan halves.
