Rich n' Moist Banana Bread

This bread stays moist and can be freezed.

1-1/2 cups sugar
2-1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
3-4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mash bananas and add to beaten eggs, sour cream, vanilla, milk and melted butter. Combine wet with dry ingredients until blended. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool before removing from pans.
