Mark's Homemade Ice Cream

At one of our more memorable Thanksgivings our family made homemade ice cream. Since then we've perfected our recipe.
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 cup honey
1 pint (16 ounces) half and half
1 pint (16 ounces) whipping cream
6 cups milk (whole or 2 percent)
Beat eggs well. Add vanilla, sugar and honey and continue to beat. Add half and half, whipping cream and beat. Pour into ice cream freezer and add milk. Freeze ice cream with plenty of rock salt added to ice.
