Corned Beef Salad

1 package (3 ounces) lemon jello
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup Miracle Whip
2 cups celery, diced
1 teaspoon green pepper, minced
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 can (15 ounces) corned beef, broken in pieces

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Beat in Miracle Whip. (I often use an electric mixer to get a smooth consistency). Chill until slightly thickened. Mix in other ingredients. Chill in 9x13-inch pan. Can be made the day ahead.
