Apple Pie Cake

This is so easy and a big hit at potlucks.

Ingredients

1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine, softened
1 cup coconut
1 cup apple pie filling
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
1 egg, well beaten

Instructions

Combine cake mix, margarine and coconut in bowl; mix well. Press over bottom of 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Mix pie filling, sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Spoon over baked layer. Top with mixture of sour cream and egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
