Easy Fast Cheese Fudge

This recipe is easy to make but diabetics should note the sugar content and fat. A great holiday treat anytime of year.

1 pound (16 ounces) margarine
1 pound (16 ounces) Velveeta cheese
4 pounds powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

In medium saucepan, melt the margarine and cheese. Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla and nuts to the margarine and cheese mixture. Mix well. Spread into greased 9x13-inch pan. Cool. Cut and serve.
