Clarence's Potato Salad

Whenever we went to pot luck's, there were always requests for "Clarence's" (my husband) potato salad.

3 pounds small red potatoes, boiled
2/3 cup onions, diced
1 cup celery, diced
2/3 to 1 cup white vinegar
2/3 to 1 cup Wesson or other oil
2 to 3 tablespoons celery seed
1 teaspoon celery salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Cool potatoes after boiling and pare and slice. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Add to the potatoes, coating potato slices well. Cover and chill for several hours for flavors to blend.
