Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2/3 cup onion, chopped
4 cups uncooked bowtie noodles
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

Cook beef and onion. Drain. Place noodles in 3-quart microwave-safe casserole. Top with meat, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and garlic salt. Do not stir. Cover and microwave on high 18-20 minutes. Stir midway through cooking. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
