Chow Mein Cookies

1 package (12 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter
4 cups chow mein noodles


Heat chips and peanut butter together in double boiler until chips are melted. Add 4 cups chow mein noodles. Stir until they are well coated. Drop on wax paper. Store in refrigerator.

Note: They harden real fast and are real crisp.
