Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

1 package (32 ounces) shredded hash browns, thawed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 can (10-3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
10 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
2 cartons (8 ounces each) sour cream
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and place in an ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Before baking top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 15.
