Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound carrots, sliced and cooked
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of celery soup
2 tablespoons onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

Combine first four ingredients and pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with cracker crumbs mixed with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
