Carrot Casserole

1 stick margarine, melted
2 cups cut-up carrots, cooked and mashed
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Melt margarine in 8-inch Pyrex dish. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Yield: 8 to 12 servings.
