2-1/2 to 3 pounds chuck or arm roast
1 package dry Italian dressing mix
1 can (15 ounces) beef broth
1 can water
1 beef bouillon cube

Trim fat from roast. Place all ingredients in Crockpot. Set on low for 12 to 16 hours.
About 1/2 hour before serving, flake meat with a fork and place back into the juice.
Serve on buns with juice in dishes for dipping.
