Easy Chicken Pot Pie

1-2/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup cooked, cut-up chicken
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 egg


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Stir Bisquick, milk and egg with a fork until blended. Pour into pie pan over other ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
