Oven-Fried Chicken

6 chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon Bisquick
1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
1-1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; set aside. Remove skin from chicken. Melt margarine in 9x13-inch
pan in oven. Coat chicken and place in pan, meaty side down. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Turn and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until brown. Makes 6 servings.
