Sugar Crisp Peanuts

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cups shelled raw peanuts

Instructions

Mix sugar and water. Boil to dissolve sugar and add peanuts. Boil over medium heat until sugar crystalizes and there is no syrup left. Spread mixture on ungreased cookie sheet. Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Let cool.
