Carrot Casserole

"This is a delicious vegetable dish. Quick and easy."


1 package (16 ounces) frozen carrots
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 onion, diced
1 stick margarine


Mix together the carrots, Velveeta cheese and onion. Put in lightly greased casserole. Slice margarine over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
