Outlook Express 6 and Attachments
Upgrading to Outlook Express 6 can change the options within the application, causing it to refuse access to attachments, especially billing statements from Quad-Cities OnlineŽ. If you receive the error "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachements in your mail" then you will need to adjust your Options to correct this problem.
Open Outlook Express
Click on Tools and Options
Click the Security tab at the top.
Uncheck the selection for "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus"
Hit Apply and OK
