IT Systems Specialist

Part-Time/Flexible Hours

15-20 Hours/Week

Are you familiar with Windows Server operating systems? We are looking for the right person to assist us with: Maintenance, monitoring and new installations for dial-up access, email services, and IP networking

Network and server security

Maintain a working knowledge of and provide assistance as requested with networking and telecom services

Provide IS/online customer service support for internal and external customers as requested.

On-call duties, providing emergency support outside normal business hours including weekends

Assist with installation, conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electronic production systems including user stations, file servers and associated hardware

Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation for all electronic systems
