If a section does not apply to your event, leave it blank.
Contact information must be filled out. It will not be published or shared, but will be used in case we need clarification.
You must use proper capitalization. Submissions with "ALL CAPITALS" or "all lower-case" letters will not be accepted.
Spelling, grammar, punctuation and accuracy are key to your event's inclusion in our calendars. Submissions requiring more than minor editing may not be accepted.
After you have completed the form, click on "Send Event Info."
To request news coverage, send an email with all event information (including date, time, place, and contact phone number) to press@qconline.com. It will be forwarded to the appropriate editor.
