Partners of Scott County Watersheds will hold a lunch forum from noon-1 p.m. at Surrey Heights Fire Station, 5002 Crow Creek Road, Bettendorf. Ray Wolf, science and operations officer for the National Weather Service, will talk about Climate Change and Concerns for Midwest Agriculture, Ecosystems, and Infrastructure.
