Event: Emily Dickinson's Birthday poetry discussion, Bea Jacobson
Date: Thursday, December 6, 2012 The Bettendorf Library, 2950 Learning Campus Drive, will host an Emily Dickinson's Birthday poetry discussion, a commemoration of the 182nd anniversary of the poet's birth, at 7 p.m. It will begin with a short commemoration in the library's Emily Dickinson Garden, weather permitting. Dickinson scholar and St. Ambrose University professor of English Bea Jacobson will lead the discussion with the theme "Time." Light refreshments will be served.
