The Rock Island Arsenal Historical Society will present an Arsenal Island Sesquicentennial History Break lunch and learn program in honor of the 150th anniversary of Rock Island Arsenal. A staff member from the Mississippi River Visitor Center will speak on Mississippi River Navigation History from noon-1 p.m. in the Caisson Room, Building 60, Rock Island Arsenal. Use the Rock Island or Moline entrances. A current photo ID is required for ages 16 and up. Reservations are required; call (563) 355-6165 or email for details. Foreign visitors must register one week ahead by calling (309) 782-2686 between 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
