The Fall Festival will be held from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at 4th Street and 10th Avenue, Fulton. The theme is "From the River's Edge." It will include music, entertainment, an arts and crafts show, food, petting zoo, kids' activities, classic car cruise-in, and plant and bake sales.
