The Army Corps of Engineers offers
Clock Tower and Eagle Watch tours from 9-10:30 a.m. and 12:30-2 p.m., Jan. 19-Feb. 10. Tours are conducted from the
Mississippi River Visitor Center at Locks and Dam 15, on the west end of the Rock Island Arsenal. Visitors must be able to climb several flights of stairs. An adult must accompany ages 11 and under.
