2014 SW Rock Island Street Patching Program
29th Street West & Rock Island Parkway

At said time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read.
A digital copy of the specifications may be obtained from the Office of the City Engineer, Public Works Facility, 1309 Mill Street, Rock Island, Illinois 61201, Telephone: (309) 732 2200. They may also be down loaded from the City’s website at: http://www.rigov.org/bids.aspx
A hard copy set of the plans and specifications can be obtained at the above address for a non-refundable fee of $35.00.
The Contractor will be responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to this project including the State of Illinois law relating to prevailing wage and preference to citizens on public works.
The City of Rock Island is committed to preserving equal rights for all of its citizens during the construction of its public works projects and encourages minority contractors to submit bids for this work.
