2 Kewanee men charged with delivery of meth

CAMBRIDGE - Two Kewanee men have been charged in Henry County Circuit Court with unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.

Robert Barnes, 26, faces charges of Class 1 felony methamphetamine manufacturing, Class 2 felony conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and Class 2 felony possession of methamphetamine-manufacturing material.

Tyler Burcham, 21, was charged Monday with Class 2 felony unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, Class 2 felony conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and Class 2 felony possession of methamphetamine, less than five grams.

Both men remained in Henry County Jail Tuesday, Mr. Barnes on $200,000 bond and Mr. Burchmam on$50,000 bond.

At an initial appearance Monday, public defender James Cosby was appointed to represent both men. Preliminary hearings have been set for April 29.
