Emil Stieger, 97, Davenport, died Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Davenport Lutheran Home.
Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Runge, Davenport. Visitation is 11 a.m. to services. Burial is in
Davenport Memorial Park.
He was born Aug. 29, 1915, in Keystone, Iowa, to Henry and Margarete Schwarze Stieger. He married Lucille Chittick in 1938 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She preceded him in death.
Survivors are son, Terry; two grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. He was preceded by son, Rick, and four siblings.
