Tom and Pauline Tomlinson, Port Byron, will celebrate their 30th anniversary on March 5, 2013.
The couple is planning a family get-together in June at Folly Beach, S.C., to celebrate the event.
The former Pauline A. McDonald, Bettendorf, and Mr. Tomlinson, also of Bettendorf, were married at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Bettendorf.
Their children are Chad (Amy) McDonald, Kalona, Iowa; Joni (Glade) Deems, Macomb, Ill.; and Jaret (Shelley) Tomlinson, Knob Noster, Mo. Grandchildren are Isabel McDonald, Griffin Deems and Paris Tomlinson.
Mr. Tomlinson retired from Bituminous Casualty Corporation in Rock Island after 33 years. Mrs. Tomlinson retired after more than 35 years at International Harvester Sales Office, Bettendorf, and Alcoa in Riverdale.
