Regina Waggoner, 59, of Rock Island, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at ManorCare, Davenport.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, at Hodgson Funeral Home, Rock Island, where further arrangements are pending.
